All shipments come with tracking details that can be monitored both through your Order page once your order has shipped out, and the official websites for our shipping carriers. We use USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx for shipping depending on the items ordered and delivery destination.
We have multiple turnaround times for different products in our stores. We also ship from many different production and warehouse locations. Please read each item description carefully for estimated delivery times. Please expect and prepare for shipping congestion during holiday times.
LOST, STOLEN PACKAGE:
Common causes of missing packages that are marked "delivered" are from being dropped off at an incorrect address, a neighbors address, or are handed off to another person living in the home or building. Packages can also be stolen from their delivered location. Please be sure to have your packages delivered to a safe location, where they will not be left visible from the road.
Gypsy Dreamer Designs is not responsible for the replacement or refund of missing packages marked "delivered".
If a package has not arrived within its expected delivery time, is considered missing, and tracking information has NOT been updated to "delivered", the next step is to submit a "missing package" query with the shipping carrier. From there, if the package has not been rerouted to its final destination, or tracking information has not been updated within 48 hours, I can escalate the case and file a claim for a missing package. Refunds and replacements are offered on a case by case basis.
All warehousing and printing is located within the United States. Some of our print partners offer international shipping for apparel and novelty items. Some do not. Our bulk items such as tumbled gems, herbs, jewelry and supplies ship only within the continental United States due to calculated shipping costs and restrictions within our warehouses.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS FOR READY TO SHIP ITEMS:
★If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase of ready to ship items, you can return your order for an exchange or refund within 14 days after you have received your order, no questions asked. We offer a refund in full of the original purchase price. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
★If there has been a mistake in your order and you have received an incorrect item, notify us immediately with photo's of the product you received along with the invoice if you received one, and we will dispatch a new shipment to you immediately, or, issue your a refund. In rare cases when when we are out of stock of an item, a full refund or exchange of equal value will be available.
★For items being returned for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition or the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If contents are damaged during return shipping, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

★We do not accept returns or exchanges on made to order, print on demand, custom orders in circumstances due to customer oversight for sizing, quantity mistakes or general return requests.
★All of our apparel runs true to size, and sizing charts are featured in each listing in either the description or image slideshow. Each type of clothing we use has specific care instructions listed. Please read each listing description carefully! We do our absolute best to disclose as much detailed information as possible about the clothing you are purchasing so you receive exactly what you're expecting.

Average production time for made to order products is 3-7 business days, depending on which fulfillment company your item is printed through. First Class domestic shipping averages 3-5 business days for shipping. Expedited shipping is available for most products. Average turnaround time for delivery of domestic orders is 8-12 business days from the date the order is placed with us. International orders average 15-21 business days. Some countries have a longer shipping time up to 36 business days depending on customs, duties, and geographic location. We do everything we can to honor these time frames. On occasion there are unexpected delays outside our control. Please allow for additional production and delivery time during holidays.
All graphics, fonts, and text used in our designs have been properly licensed for commercial use or personally created by us. So you can rest assured we uphold trademark and copyright licensing laws in all of our printed designs. Please inquire within if you have questions regarding specific graphics or items featured in our shop. If you have recently registered or renewed a trademark or copyright for a design we have already been selling, contact us immediately for resolution. Gypsy Dreamer Designs is not liable for penalty or removal of trademarked designs that are considered "dead", expired, out of date or void.
